Bonjour, I’m Gaëlle

I had the chance to work for 10 years for Apple in their Merchandising European headquarters, it was exciting and intense.

To manage my fast-paced life in a healthier way, I started reading everything around wellness. That’s how I realised that the way I was eating and my lifestyle were not particularly helping: I was consuming a lot of sugary treats, drinking countless espresso coffees, eating light salads at lunchtime and exercising too much because I needed to release the stress of work. My body and brain were constantly running, I was hardly in rest mode.

Opening the door of wellness gave me access to a brand new world: the world of health obviously, but also the world of caring for yourself by reconnecting to your body.

That’s when I became fascinated by nutrition. I realised that according to what I chose to eat, I could influence how I felt: great, full of energy, with a clear and sharp mind or tired, sluggish, bloated, with a foggy brain.

After seeing a nutritional therapist for several years and realising the positive impact it had on my life, I became so passionate about nutrition that I decided to go back to school to study it for 4 years.

While completing my diploma in Nutritional Therapy, I realised that nothing was making me happier than sharing what I had learnt with others and helping them feel the best version of themselves!

My Qualifications and trainings

  • I studied for 4 years at the respected Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), in London, where I qualified with distinction.
